⏱️ Return Window

You can return items within 5 days of delivery.

💰 Return Charges

A ₹100 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

📦 Return Conditions

1.Products must be returned in unused, unworn condition with tags and original packaging intact.

2.We will not accept returns of items that are damaged, soiled, or altered. Such items will be returned to the customer at their own cost.

🔖 Non-Returnable Items

Items bought during sales or under discounted pricing are not eligible for return.

🔄 Reverse Pickup

1.We offer return pickup in select areas within 3-5 working days post-approval.

2.If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product within 7 days of return approval.

💵 Refund Process

Once we receive the product and it passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

1.✅ Full refund if the order is cancelled before acceptance.

2.❌ No cancellation or refund once the order is shipped or accepted.

3. If an order is cancelled by us due to any reason, a full refund will be initiated.
